Q: If I am moving out of the province, what will I need to arrange insurance in my new jurisdiction?

A: To be legal in a new Jurisdiction you must comply fully with their laws, check their information before you leave your province. It is best to give yourself as much time as possible as each Jurisdiction is different! Some coming documents you may need are:

  • Claims letter stating all losses
  • Driver’s abstract
  • Valid vehicle registration from your home province
